These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Cryptosavers Club Platform, including its website, member portal, applications, governance systems, educational resources, digital asset tools, and related services.

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Cryptosavers Club Platform ("Platform").

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Cryptosavers Club Platform, including its website, member portal, applications, governance systems, educational resources, digital asset tools, and related services.

By accessing, registering for, or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform.

2. Nature of the Platform

The Cryptosavers Club Platform is a community-driven digital asset participation, savings, governance, and education ecosystem.

The Platform may provide access to:

  • Community governance
  • Savings goal management
  • Peer-to-peer transactions
  • Liquidity participation
  • Escrow services
  • Marketplace services
  • Rewards programs
  • Community voting systems
  • Digital asset tools
  • Other community-approved utilities

The Platform serves as a technology and community participation platform.

The Platform is not a bank, credit institution, trust company, payment processor, securities broker, investment company, investment adviser, money transmitter, virtual asset service provider, exchange, lending institution, remittance company, or deposit-taking institution unless expressly stated and legally authorized to perform such activities.

Participation in the Platform does not create a banking relationship, fiduciary relationship, partnership, employment relationship, agency relationship, or joint venture.

3. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least eighteen (18) years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
  • You possess legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
  • If registering as an individual, you are acting on your own behalf.
  • If registering on behalf of a company, corporation, partnership, trust, association, cooperative, foundation, DAO, nonprofit organization, or other legal entity, you are duly authorized to act on behalf of such entity.
  • Business accounts may be required to complete Know Your Business (KYB), beneficial ownership verification, authorized representative verification, and other compliance procedures.
  • You are not prohibited from using digital assets under applicable laws.
  • You are not subject to sanctions, embargoes, or legal restrictions that prohibit participation.
  • The information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.

The Platform reserves the right to deny, suspend, restrict, or terminate access if eligibility or compliance requirements are not met.

4. Community Governance

The Platform operates under community governance principles.

Certain features, programs, services, policies, and functions may require governance approval before activation, modification, suspension, or removal.

Governance decisions may include:

  • Activation of platform functions
  • Rewards programs
  • Liquidity initiatives
  • Conversion services
  • Marketplace functions
  • Community proposals
  • Treasury matters
  • Other ecosystem-related decisions

Governance outcomes are binding within the scope of the Platform.

Participation in governance does not grant ownership rights, shareholder rights, partnership rights, or legal control over the Platform.

5. Digital Assets and Tokens

The Platform may support digital assets, including community-produced tokens.

Users acknowledge that:

  • Digital assets involve technological, operational, regulatory, liquidity, and market risks.
  • Digital asset values may fluctuate significantly.
  • Digital assets may lose value partially or entirely.
  • Liquidity may not always be available.
  • Future utility or adoption cannot be predicted.

Holding or using a token does not grant:

  • Ownership in any company
  • Equity interests
  • Shares of stock
  • Dividend rights
  • Profit-sharing rights
  • Voting rights outside designated governance systems

Participation is voluntary and undertaken entirely at the user's own risk.

6. No Guarantees

The Platform does not guarantee:

  • Returns
  • Profits
  • Appreciation in value
  • Liquidity
  • Redemption opportunities
  • Future utility
  • Future token value
  • Rewards
  • Yield generation
  • Market performance

All examples, illustrations, simulations, projections, forecasts, calculators, educational materials, and discussions are provided solely for educational and informational purposes.

Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Users should exercise caution regarding any person, group, organization, or platform claiming guaranteed returns, guaranteed profits, guaranteed yields, or guaranteed appreciation of digital assets.

Any platform promising unusually large guaranteed returns should be approached with extreme caution, as such claims may indicate elevated risk, misrepresentation, or fraudulent activity.

7. User Responsibilities

Users are solely responsible for:

  • Securing account credentials
  • Protecting private keys
  • Maintaining wallet security
  • Securing devices
  • Verifying transactions
  • Maintaining accurate information
  • Understanding risks
  • Compliance with applicable laws
  • Payment of taxes and reporting obligations

Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible.

The Platform cannot recover lost private keys, passwords, wallet access, or improperly sent digital assets.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users shall not:

  • Engage in fraud or deception
  • Conduct money laundering
  • Facilitate terrorism financing
  • Violate sanctions laws
  • Engage in market manipulation
  • Attempt unauthorized access
  • Introduce malware
  • Disrupt Platform operations
  • Abuse governance systems
  • Create fraudulent accounts
  • Misrepresent identity
  • Exploit software vulnerabilities
  • Circumvent compliance controls
  • Use the Platform for unlawful purposes

Violations may result in suspension, termination, reporting to authorities, or legal action.

9. Compliance Requirements

The Platform may implement:

  • Know Your Business (KYB)
  • Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
  • Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF)
  • Travel Rule compliance
  • Sanctions screening

Users agree to cooperate with lawful compliance requests.

Failure to provide requested information may result in restrictions or termination of services.

10. Licensed Services Disclaimer

Certain services accessible through the Platform may be subject to licensing, registration, permits, or regulatory authorization requirements.

Where a service requires regulatory licensing, such services shall be provided exclusively by independent third-party service providers that possess the necessary licenses, registrations, permits, or authorizations required by the jurisdictions in which members reside or where services are offered.

The Platform does not itself provide regulated financial, banking, payment, exchange, brokerage, custodial, lending, remittance, money transmission, investment advisory, securities dealing, or other regulated services unless expressly stated and legally authorized to do so.

Users acknowledge that:

  • Regulated services are provided directly by licensed third-party providers.
  • Such services are governed by the provider's own terms, disclosures, and policies.
  • Additional verification and compliance requirements may apply.
  • Service availability may vary by jurisdiction.
  • The Platform does not guarantee availability, approval, or performance of third-party services.
  • Users are responsible for determining whether a service is lawful in their jurisdiction.

By using third-party regulated services, users acknowledge that they enter into a separate relationship with the applicable licensed provider.

11. Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate with:

  • Wallet providers
  • Exchanges
  • Blockchain networks
  • Payment providers
  • Compliance providers
  • Identity verification services
  • Analytics services
  • Cloud service providers

The Platform does not control third-party services and is not responsible for:

  • Service interruptions
  • Security incidents
  • Operational failures
  • Policy changes
  • Losses arising from third-party actions

Use of third-party services is at the user's own risk.

12. Intellectual Property

All software, content, graphics, branding, documentation, educational materials, and technology associated with the Platform remain the property of their respective owners.

Users may not do the following without prior authorization:

13. Privacy

14. Suspension and Termination

  • These Terms are violated

Termination does not eliminate obligations incurred before termination.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including:

  • Merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Misuse of the Platform

18. Changes to These Terms

Updated Terms become effective upon publication unless otherwise stated.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, users agree to attempt good-faith resolution of disputes through direct communication with the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit any rights or obligations imposed by mandatory laws applicable to users in their respective jurisdictions.

21. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

22. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with applicable policies, disclosures, governance rules, privacy policies, and supplemental agreements, constitute the entire agreement between the user and the Platform concerning use of the Platform.
